At our next Justice and Theology forum Brian Koela will lead us in a contextual Bible study through the story of Naboth’s vineyard (1 Kings 21) as we consider issues of land in a post-apartheid South Africa. Returning together to the Scriptures we must ask ourselves what role does the Bible play in shaping our understanding of the land question? How does our theology relate to our current context? What could it look like to follow Jesus in a post-apartheid South Africa?
